Thank you for using LoungePair! In this guide, we'll explain how you can manage your billing information and view past purchases on our platform.
There are currently two ways to access and update your billing information on LoungePair:
- Through your user account on our bidding portal site (https://app.loungepair.com/auth/login).
- Through our Stripe-hosted Billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR69Ck0mjcQR1gYdQQ).
Option 1: Accessing and Updating Payment Method Through Your LoungePair User Account
If you have a user account on our bidding portal site (https://app.loungepair.com), you can access and update your payment methods by following these steps:
Option 2: Updating billing information via the Stripe billing portal
If you have made a bid on our bidding site (app.loungepair.com) or have made a purchase on our buy site (buy.loungepair.com), you can update your billing information by accessing the Stripe billing portal.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the Stripe billing portal at this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR69Ck0mjcQR1gYdQQ
- Enter the email address that you used to login to the bid site or make the purchase on the buy site. Select 'Send code'.
- You will receive an email with a confirmation code (OTP), which is what you will use to login. The code will expire in 10 minutes.
- Once you have logged in using your OTP, you will be able to update your billing information, including your card details and billing address.
- That's it! Any updates you make here will be reflected on your LoungePair billing account.
Note 1: If you have made a purchase on the buy site and do not have a user account on the bid site, the Stripe portal is the only way to update your billing information and see past purchases. If you have made a bid on the bid site and have a user account there, you can also use the Stripe portal to update your billing information in addition to using your user account on the bid site (Option 1).
Note 2: If you have made a purchase on our buy.loungepair.com site before 5 January 2023, your billing details from past purchases on this site may not show. Any purchases made after this date should reflect as normal.
