Thank you for using LoungePair! In this guide, we'll explain how you can manage your billing information and view past purchases on our platform.
There are currently two ways to access and update your billing information on LoungePair:
- Through your user account on our bidding portal site (https://app.loungepair.com/auth/login).
- Through our Stripe-hosted Billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR69Ck0mjcQR1gYdQQ).
Option 1: Accessing and Updating Payment Method Through Your LoungePair User Account
If you have a user account on our bidding portal site (Doha or Dubai only), you can access and update your payment methods by following these steps:
- Log in to your user account.
- Click on the "Wallet" tab.
- Under the "Payment Methods" section, you can add a new credit card or update your existing credit card details.
- Click "Save Card" to save your changes.
Option 2: Updating billing information via the Stripe billing portal
If you have made a bid on our bidding site (Doha or Dubai only), you can update your billing information by accessing the Stripe billing portal.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the Stripe billing portal at this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/dR69Ck0mjcQR1gYdQQ
- Enter the email address that you used to login to the bid site. Select 'Send code'.
- You will receive an email with a confirmation code (OTP), which is what you will use to login. The code will expire in 10 minutes.
- Once you have logged in using your OTP, you will be able to update your billing information, including your card details and billing address.
- That's it! Any updates you make here will be reflected on your LoungePair billing account.
Note 1\\: If you have made a purchase on the buy site, you do not have access to the Stripe Billing portal. You will receive a receipt for your purchases via email.
