We allow all customers who make a successful offer with us to access the lounge within 15 minutes of your reservation time, either before or after.

For example, if you select 5:00 AM, you will be able to enter the lounge any time between 4:45 AM and 5:15 AM.

Restrictions may apply in certain cases such as actual operating hours of the lounge or time restrictions stated on the lounge details page.
