Question: I've placed a bid for lounge access. How long will it take for the lounge to accept or reject my bid?
Answer: The response time for bids can vary depending on several factors:
- Last-Minute Bids: Bids for access 'right now' will time out if not accepted or rejected within 15 minutes. As lounges often need time to review bids, these immediate requests might not be addressed if the lounge is busy. We recommend making bids at least a couple of hours in advance of your visit.
- Advance Bids: For bids made at least 24 hours in advance, lounges typically respond within 45 minutes. If you haven't heard back within 3 hours, please contact us for assistance.
- Bid Amount: Keep in mind that if your bid is significantly low (e.g., in the red range of the bid slider), there's a chance the lounge might not respond, as it may not be feasible for them to accept such bids.
Always consider bidding a reasonable amount and plan your bids in advance for a smoother experience.
