Purchasing a Gift Membership

How do I purchase a LoungePair+ membership as a gift?

1. Visit the LoungePair+ subscription page, and select "Get started"
2. Enter your email address (as the purchaser)
3. Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu
4. Check the "I'm purchasing this as a gift" box
5. Select "Continue to Payment"
6. Complete the payment process
   
   

What currencies can I pay in?

You can purchase a gift membership in various currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, NZD, CHF, CNY, INR, JPY, SGD, AUD, and CAD. The price will be converted to your selected currency at approximately the equivalent of US$99.

Can I buy multiple gift memberships at once?

Currently, gift memberships need to be purchased individually. If you'd like to gift to multiple people, you'll need to complete separate transactions.

Gifting Process

How is the gift membership delivered?

After purchase, you'll receive an email containing:

• A unique gift code (e.g., L5X2Q4J)
• A "Claim LoungePair+" button
• Instructions for the recipient
  
  

How do I give the gift to someone?

Simply forward the gift membership email to your recipient. They'll need the unique code and can click the "Claim LoungePair+" button to activate their membership.

Redeeming a Gift Membership

How does the recipient claim their gift membership?

1. Click the "Claim LoungePair+" button in the forwarded email
2. Click "Get Started" on the subscription page
3. Enter their own email address
4. Select their preferred currency (can be different from the purchase currency)
5. Select "Continue to Payment"
6. The gift code will automatically apply, showing the first year free (if it doesn't show this for some reason, input the code from the email into the "Add promotion code" box)
   
7. Enter payment details for future renewal years (you can cancel the subscription immediately after activation if you wish)
8. You will recieve a welcome email after the checkout

Is there an expiration date on gift memberships?

No, gift membership codes do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

Can the recipient use a different currency than what the gift was purchased in?

Yes! Recipients can select their preferred currency when activating their membership, regardless of the currency used to purchase the gift.

Important Notes

Age Restrictions

While LoungePair+ membership has no age restrictions, please note that most airport lounges have minimum age requirements:

• Most lounges: Minimum age 18 for solo entry
• Some countries: Minimum age 21 for solo entry. Please check specific lounge requirements before traveling.

Existing Members

If you already have an active LoungePair+ membership, you'll see a warning before purchasing another membership. You are welcome to purchase a gift membership for someone else. Please contact support if you receive a secondary gift membership while having an active subscription.
