How do I cancel my LoungePair+ membership renewal?

You can cancel your membership renewal yourself at any time.

1. Log in to your account: https://www.loungepair.com/account/login/
2. In the left-hand menu, click Subscription.
3. On the Manage Subscription page, check your status. If it shows Active or Trial, click the Manage subscription button.
4. You'll be taken to our secure billing portal, managed by Stripe. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.

When does the cancellation take effect?

Your membership stays active until the end of your current membership year — you keep all your benefits until then, and you simply won't be charged again. The Expires date on the Manage Subscription page tells you when access ends.

If you need your membership cancelled immediately, contact our support team and we'll take care of it.

My status says "Gifted"

Your membership was gifted or allocated to you rather than paid by subscription, so there's no renewal to cancel and no payment will be taken. It ends on the Expires date shown.

I can't see the Manage subscription button
