How do I cancel my LoungePair+ membership renewal?

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to cancel the renewal of your LoungePair+ membership, you can do so at any time. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to cancelling your renewal:

Step 1: Log in to your account

First, log in to your LoungePair account by visiting the link below:

Step 2: Go to your membership settings

Once you are logged in, you will be taken to your My LoungePair dashboard. If you are already logged in, you can go directly to this page using the following link:

Step 3: Manage your subscription

On the My LoungePair page, look for the navigation menu on the left-hand side. Click on the Manage Subscription link.

Step 4: Follow the prompts to cancel

After clicking "Manage Subscription," you will be redirected to our secure payment portal managed by Stripe. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation of your membership renewal.

Once completed, your subscription will not renew for the next term, but you can continue to enjoy all your LoungePair+ benefits until your current membership expires.
