I am flying with separate airlines for each leg and will need to collect my luggage and recheck them. Can I access the landside lounge on transit?

Yes, if there is a landside (outside security) lounge available you should be able to access the lounge.  If there is not a landside lounge, you will need to first recheck your bags and obtain your boarding pass prior to accessing the lounge inside security (airside).
