Your LoungePair pass covers the maximum visit duration shown when you purchase. Check the lounge listing and your pass for the applicable duration and entry conditions.
When can I enter the lounge?
As a general rule, lounge entry is only permitted within the period covered by your pass, counted back from your scheduled flight departure time. Always follow the lounge-specific entry rules shown on its listing.
For example, if your flight is scheduled to depart at 6pm and you hold a 3-hour pass, you can generally enter from 3pm. The pass does not allow you to choose any 3-hour period earlier in the day. Check the specific lounge listing for any exceptions or additional conditions.
What if the lounge closes during my visit?
You must leave when the lounge closes, even if your pass duration has not expired. For example, if you enter at 9pm with a 3-hour pass and the lounge closes at 11pm, you can stay for up to 2 hours.
Can I extend my stay?
Ask the lounge reception team before your permitted stay ends. Some lounges may offer a paid extension, an upgrade or additional access, subject to their policies, opening hours and availability.
Buying another pass does not automatically guarantee earlier entry, a longer stay or continuous access. Confirm with the lounge before purchasing extra access or relying on an extension.
