Airport lounges offer a range of facilities to help you relax before your flight. Depending on the lounge, these may include complimentary food and drinks, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, charging points, shower facilities and other services.
Facilities vary between lounges, and not every amenity is included in the price of your lounge pass.
Are showers available, and do they cost extra?
Some airport lounges provide shower facilities, but not all. Where showers are available, they may be complimentary or subject to an additional charge payable directly to the lounge.
Shower access may also be subject to availability, including waiting times during busy periods. We recommend asking at reception when you arrive.
Do I need to bring my own towel or toiletries?
Many lounges with shower facilities provide towels and basic toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash. However, this varies by lounge and is not guaranteed.
If using a shower is important to your journey, we recommend confirming whether towels and toiletries are supplied before travelling. Public shower facilities elsewhere in an airport may have different arrangements.
How can I check the amenities at a particular lounge?
Visit the LoungePair website and select the lounge you plan to visit. The lounge information page outlines its facilities, opening hours and any additional charges we are aware of.
If you cannot find the information you need, email support@loungepair.com with the airport, terminal and lounge name. Our team can try to confirm the details, although some charges and facilities can only be verified directly with the lounge.
