Our Access Guarantee

At LoungePair, we stand behind every pass we sell. When you purchase a lounge pass through us:

  • Your pass is flexible and not tied to a specific time or date
  • We guarantee your lounge access or provide a full refund
  • LP+ members receive an additional 5% account credit on refunds for rejected access (subject to verification)


How Our Passes Work

Your LoungePair pass functions as a flexible voucher that you can use at your convenience:

  • Valid until the expiry date shown on your pass
  • No need to make time/date reservations
  • Use at any time during the lounge's operating hours
  • Transfer between eligible lounges if needed (on request)


What to Bring to the Lounge

To ensure smooth access, please have ready:

  1. Your LoungePair pass confirmation
  2. Your boarding pass for same-day travel
  3. Government-issued photo ID
  4. Your name must match the details on your pass


Important: Some of our passes include specific branding and check-in instructions on the PDF. Please show these to lounge staff as they help identify which system to use for checking you in. We recommend displaying the PDF pass on your phone or bringing a printed copy.


Lounge Capacity Considerations

While our passes guarantee access, lounges can occasionally experience high occupancy:

  • We monitor lounge capacity trends
  • Warning notices are displayed on specific lounge pages when we anticipate capacity issues
  • If a lounge is at capacity, your pass remains valid for use at another time, or you can request a refund


If the lounge is at capacity when you arrive:

  • Your pass remains valid until its expiry date
  • You can try again later or use it on another day
  • If you're unable to use the pass and require a refund, contact our support team
  • LP+ members will receive the additional 5% credit upon verification of the rejection


If You're Denied Access

If you're denied access to a lounge:

  • Always show your PDF pass, as it contains important partner branding and check-in instructions
  • Ask for the specific reason for denial
  • Contact our support team immediately at [email protected]
