Cancelling Your LoungePair Booking or Voucher (Refund Policy)

If you need to cancel your lounge booking or voucher with LoungePair, please review the following information:

  1. Standard lounge passes and vouchers are non-refundable. However, they remain valid until the expiration date and can be used anytime, subject to lounge capacity and availability.

  2. Refundable pass option: We offer a refundable pass add-on for customers who prefer more flexibility. Purchasing this add-on is an additional cost. These passes will be refunded on request if unused. The FlexiPass add-on fee is non-refundable.

  3. If your travel plans change or you need to cancel for any reason, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Include your booking confirmation number and request details in the email. Our team will do our best to assist you by proposing alternative options, such as rescheduling your booking or voucher for a different date or lounge.

  4. Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or cancellations. This can help protect you against additional expenses, like the cost of purchasing a new lounge voucher.
