If you've accidentally left something behind in an airport lounge, don't panic!
The first step is to get in touch with the lounge staff to see if they've found your misplaced item.
If you made your booking with LoungePair, simply send us an email at [email protected] with details of your approximate time of arrival and as much information as possible about the item(s) and the location where you left them. We'll then contact the lounge on your behalf to see if they've recovered your belongings.
If you didn't book through LoungePair, you'll need to reach out to the lounge directly to see if they have any information about your lost item.
It's always a good idea to keep a record of your booking confirmation or receipts in case you need to refer to them in a situation like this.
