At LoungePair, we offer travellers the opportunity to make bookings at more affordable rates than you would pay at the front door. In order to maintain this service, we do not allow changes to confirmed bookings.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to be made to your booking. If you need to make an edit to your booking, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. In your email, please include your booking confirmation number, the name, local date and time of the lounge booked, and a description of the changes you would like to make.
We will do our best to accommodate your request and propose alternative options if necessary. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all requests for changes will be granted.
We recommend that all travellers have travel insurance in case their plans change or are cancelled/modified.
