Why can't LoungePair provide support for purchases made through third-party websites?

At LoungePair, we strive to offer our customers the best coverage on airport lounge access. In some cases, this means displaying offers from third-party websites on our site, so you know all the lounges you can access to, even if we don't offer them directly.


If you choose to purchase a lounge access pass through one of these third-party websites, it's important to note that we are not able to provide any support for that purchase. Any issues or inquiries related to the purchase should be directed to the reseller from which you made the purchase.


We understand that this may be frustrating, but we want to be upfront.
