Overview 


LoungePair allows you to enter guest names on your airport lounge passes that are different from the name used at time of purchase. This guide explains how to manage these names and why it's important to keep them accurate.

Entering and Updating Names 


When purchasing LoungePair access passes, you can enter any names for the passes, regardless of who is making the purchase. If plans change or you're gifting the passes, you can easily update the names through the pass page after purchase. See below for the 'Change Name' button that you will see against your pass. Note that some pass types will require that you enter a name at time of activation. If you need to change these once entered, you will need to contact support as this will be a manual action on our end.

Example: 


Bob purchases airport lounge passes for Mary and John. He can use his own name at time of purchase as this is what would be on his credit or debit card. He can then input Mary and John's names later via the pass page. When Mary and John visit the lounge, their names on the passes will match their identification documents.
