If you are unable to locate your booking confirmation, don't worry. We can help you retrieve it.
Simply send us an email from the email address you used when you purchased your lounge pass.
In the email, include your first and last name, as well as the name, local date, and time of the lounge you booked. We will then send you a copy of your booking confirmation.
