If you were denied access to the lounge you booked with LoungePair, we apologise for the inconvenience. This is a rare occurrence, and we want to make sure that you are able to enjoy the amenities and comfort of the lounge during your travels.
If you experience any issues at the lounge, please do the following:
Stay calm and polite. Remember that the lounge staff are there to help you and ensure that your experience is a positive one.
If you are denied access, ask for the reason. The lounge staff should be able to provide you with an explanation for why you were denied access.
If you feel that you have been wrongly denied access, or if you have any other concerns, take a moment to collect your thoughts and gather any relevant information, including the name of the lounge, your approximate time of entry, the name of the agent you spoke with (if known), and the reason that the lounge provided for denial.
Contact LoungePair as soon as possible. Send an email to [email protected] with as much detail as possible about what happened. Our team will contact the lounge to investigate the situation and work to resolve any issues.
We understand that being denied access to a lounge can be frustrating, but by following these steps and contacting LoungePair for assistance, we will do our best to ensure that you are able to access the lounge and enjoy your travel experience.
If you have been denied access incorrectly (i.e. you have a valid pass, it is unused, and the lounge was not at capacity), then we will refund your pass in accordance with our General Terms of Use.
